About Cornelius Concepts

Cornelius Concepts was founded in 1990 to build custom software solutions for businesses. We work individually with each customer to understand their business needs, build a cost-effective solution, and ensure quality remains high. We are experts in designing Windows software from the ground up, can integrate existing systems, or upgrade an older system to work with new technologies.

Our focus is in custom software development for Win32 and .NET, with most of our experience in Delphi, the Object Pascal language from CodeGear (a Borland Software subsidiary). We have used all versions of Delphi since Delphi 1 and even used Turbo Pascal and Turbo C/C++ back in the days when DOS was the prevalent operating system. We have also worked in Visual Studio and are starting all new development in the .NET platform, concentrating on the C# language and using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.

Database experience includes both proprietary and open source databases including Firebird, DBISAM, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. We are proficient at writing stored procedures and developing robust, referential databases.

OCCADavid Cornelius, founder and senior consultant, has served clients in the Pacific Northwest since 1985 with consulting, programming, training, and technical support.
